AI Aware

Level 1

You can describe what AI is, what it is not, and where your judgement remains central. You have completed the Foundation Term and can articulate the founding doctrine.

Requirements
✓Complete the Foundation Term (all four seminars)
✓Submit Workbook A reflection
✓Articulate one statement of what AI should not decide for you

AI Clear

Level 2

You have mapped the problem, identified the decision gates that must remain human, and produced a not-yet/yes-if/no-because implementation judgement.

Requirements
✓Complete AI Aware credential
✓Submit a one-page readiness judgement
✓Complete the Clarity Before AI Reflection Studio or equivalent

Readiness judgement document + Clarity Studio completion

AI Assisted

Level 3

You have built a bounded assistive workflow with a visible human review step. You can describe what AI may draft, what a human must check, and what must not be delegated.

Requirements
✓Complete AI Clear credential
✓Submit a bounded workflow design with human review step
✓Complete the Operator Path or Execution Preparation Path
Proof Required

Workflow design document + pathway completion

AI Governed

Level 4

You have created a governance canvas with explicit decision rights, risk classification, review gates, and accountability. Human authority is visible before automation expands.

Requirements
✓Complete AI Assisted credential
✓Submit a governance canvas
✓Complete the Governance Path or AI Worker Readiness Path
Proof Required

Governance canvas + pathway completion

AI Worker Ready

Level 5

You have drafted an AI Worker role card with purpose, allowed tasks, forbidden tasks, escalation triggers, review cadence, and human owner. Governed delegation is explicit.

✓Complete the AI Worker Readiness Path
Proof Required

AI Worker role card + AI Worker Readiness Path completion

Human Decision Gate Fluent

Level 6

You can design, communicate, and defend human decision gates across any context. You understand escalation architecture, accountability design, and the cost of delegation.

Requirements
✓Complete AI Governed credential
✓Submit a decision-gate map for a real or realistic context
✓Complete the Human Decision Gates seminar and apply it in practice

Decision-gate map + seminar completion + applied evidence

How Credentials Work

Evidence, not attendance.

Academy credentials are earned through demonstrated understanding. Completing a seminar or pathway is a prerequisite — but the credential is awarded when you submit evidence of applied thinking.

Work through the seminars and workbooks for your recommended path.

Produce the evidence

Each credential requires a specific output: a map, a canvas, a charter, or a judgement document.

Submit for review

Submit your evidence through your learner portal. Your mentor will review and confirm.

Credential awarded

Once confirmed, the credential is recorded in your profile and visible in your Control Centre.
